Today was lovely.
Quiet. Small.
Things feel peaceful, but many people feel stuck.
So they stay close.
They don’t move far.
Twelve parents showed up today, and that was enough.
Because the group was small, we had time.
We slowed down.
We went deeper into the exercises.
We spent real time with the children.
And that made us so happy.
Watching Edrine today stayed with me.
When he first came to us, he couldn’t walk.
Now he’s learning to take a step.
He’s strong.
He’s courageous.
He’s excited.
Such a lovely little boy.
Mobility is such a gift.
One we so often take for granted.
Today was a reminder that even quiet days
can be full of beauty.
